ABB wire tensioner (device “Wave”)
Using this machine, tensioning wire frame takes place quickly and easily.
tensioner consists of a wooden shield, which is attached: katushkotrymach, rollers, locking screw and stops.
The sequence of
- conclude frame between stops
- tighten the screw well he clutched frame
- inserts a coil of wire in katushkotrymach
- begin to stretch the wire into the holes of the side frame strips, and each time wind wire around a roller
- the lower end of the wire and fix nail cut
- then, starting from the bottom, throw wire clip and pull well
- so do each roller to the top
- the upper end of the wire just fix the nail and cut.
- Spins fixing screw and take out the frame.
