Spot-on drops Ultra Pto for cats 4 – 8 kg, 1 ml, 3 pipette
Drops on the withers for cats Ultra Protect is an insectoacaricidal preparation, which is designed to destroy fleas, ixodid ticks, lice and lice parasitizing animals, as well as to protect against diseases carried by parasites.
Structure
Active ingredients: fipronil – 10%, dinotefuran – 6%, pyriproxyfen – 0.3%.
Excipients: PEG-400 – 40%, isopropyl alcohol – 20%, citric acid – 0.01%, benzyl alcohol, N-methylpyrrolidone.
Indications
Prevention and treatment of cats with ectoparasite lesions:
- fleas (Siphonaptera spp.);
- ixodid ticks (Ixodes spp.);
- lice (Ciphunculata spp.);
- lice (Trichodectes canis).
Also, the drug is recommended for use in the complex therapy of allergic flea dermatitis.
Application
The drug is used externally.
Mode of application
- Remove the dropper ampoule (pipette) from the package.
- Holding the dropper ampoule (pipette) vertically break off the tip and thus prepare the drug for further use.
- Spread the fur of the animal and apply the content of the drug to dry, intact skin at several points along the spine so that the animal cannot lick the drug.

Re-treatments are recommended to be carried out regularly throughout the year, but not more often than once every 30 days.
In order to prevent re-infestation by fleas, the animal is replaced with a litter or treated with an insecticidal acaricidal agent in accordance with the instructions for use.
The drug is intended for single use.
The drug should not be applied to damp or damaged skin and should not be used concurrently with other insectoacaricidal medicinal products.
The animal should not be washed within 48 hours after treatment with the drug.
Security
The drug has passed all clinical trials. The safety of the drug for animals is fully confirmed (provided that it is used according to the instructions).
Contraindications
A contraindication to use is the individual hypersensitivity of the animal to the components of the drug.
The drug is not intended for productive animals.
The use of the drug in kittens up to 7 weeks old, weakened and old animals, as well as pregnant and lactating animals is allowed only after consulting a veterinarian.
Caveats
For animal owners, when working with the drug, observe the basic rules of hygiene and safety adopted when working with veterinary drugs.
In case of accidental contact of the drug on the skin, mucous membranes or eyes, rinse thoroughly with running water.
Owners of animals with sensitivity to the constituents of the drug should be treated with rubber gloves.
Release form
Polymer pipettes inserted in a cardboard box of 4 pieces, or packed in a blister pack from 1 to 4 pieces with a volume of 0.5 to 1.0 ml.
Storage
Store the drug in the manufacturer’s closed packaging, in a dry place inaccessible to children and animals, separately from food and feed, at a temperature of 0 to 25 ° C.
